Contract renewal
We charge £50 plus VAT for all contract renewals. However we recommend that a clause is added to the tenancy agreement to automatically convert the contract to a periodic basis (i.e. month by month) after the initial fixed term is finished. This will negate the need to renew the contract after 6 or 12 months. In these circumstances there would be no renewal fee.
Legal notices
Should you require a legal notice to be served on a tenant we will advise you on this as the need arises.
Tax returns
You will probably need the services of an accountancy firm to correctly calculate your profit or loss for tax purposes.
